Currently, we offer shipping to:

At this time, we do not ship to any countries outside these areas. However, we are working on expanding our shipping network and aim to provide international delivery options in the future.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

After you place an order on our website, our logistics team begins preparing it without delay.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and Indian public holidays)

  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days depending on location

Most customers can expect to receive their order within 4 to 7 business days after the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next available business day.

3. Shipping Providers & Costs

We partner with leading shipping carriers known for speed and reliability, including:

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • FedEx

All orders to India are shipped free of charge via standard shipping. There are no hidden fees, minimum order thresholds, or surprise handling costs. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

4. Package Tracking & Updates

Every order shipped from FurnishBItes includes real-time tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • A unique tracking number

  • A direct link to track your parcel on the carrier’s website

You can also log into your FurnsihBites account to view your order status and shipping progress.

5. Undeliverable & Delayed Packages

In the rare event that your package is delayed or becomes undeliverable:

  • We will proactively reach out to update you on the issue.

  • If the delay exceeds 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team for resolution.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly during checkout. FurnishBites is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

6. Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged or appears to have been tampered with, we recommend:

  1. Taking clear photos of the packaging and items

  2. Contacting our support team immediately via email

We will investigate the issue and work quickly to resolve it, either by reshipping the item or offering an appropriate refund.
