Refund Policy
1. Scope of Agreement
This policy outlines the refund, return, and withdrawal process between FurnishBites (the “Retailer”) and the end customer (the “Buyer”). It also governs the relationship between FurnishBites and its suppliers in a dropshipping model, where the supplier ships goods directly to the end customer via orders submitted through the WooCommerce platform.
2. Order Process and Shipping
- Orders are submitted through WooCommerce.
- The supplier handles packaging and dispatch directly to the end customer.
- A tracking number is shared promptly after shipment.
- All products must be shipped within 5 business days of the order being received.
3. Payment Terms
- The customer pays the full purchase amount at the time of order.
- Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer, depending on the checkout options provided.
- The retailer manages transactions and invoices directly via WooCommerce.
4. Returns and Liability
- The supplier is responsible for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Returns are handled in line with IN regulations and FurnishBites internal policy (outlined below).
- In the event of undelivered or faulty items, the supplier will refund or replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As required by IN consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
6. Eligibility for Return
You may return an item if:
It is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
The original packaging is intact and sealed.
It is suitable for resale.
You have a valid proof of purchase or receipt.
Please note:
Free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.
Custom or personalized items are excluded from return, in line with §312g BGB.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is defective.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and detailed return instructions. Please do not send back items without prior approval.
8. Damages and Problems
Please inspect your items upon delivery. Contact us immediately at morganretailers99@gmail.com if:
The product is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on the issue.
9. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product is:
Return your original item following the process above.
Place a new order separately for the item you want.
10. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times by your payment provider may vary.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at morganretailers99@gmail.com.
11. Contract Duration and Termination (Dropshipping Supplier Agreements)
Agreements between FurnishBites and its suppliers go into effect upon signature.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
FurnishBites reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of:
Non-compliance with quality standards
Missed delivery timelines
Repeated customer complaints
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements and returns are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of India.
Legal disputes will be handled by the competent court in Wiesbaden, India.
